Clause 16 of the NRB Directive No. 06/80 requires the Bank to allocate
1% of its net profit to the Corporate Social Responsibility Fund and
spend the same for social causes. As per Annexure 1 of the CSR
Guidelines, the details of the movement of the Corporate Social
