Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited, Butwal region has completed the Digital Financial Literacy Program on the occasion of Global Money Week 2024 on the date 2080/12/10 targeting the businessmen of Butwal. 150 people including industrialists and traders and representatives were present in the program.
Mr. Bhim Prasad Tulachan, the Director of the bank, presided over the program and Mr. Ranjit Singh Rathore, Chief of Police, Rupandehi, was the Chief Guest. Mr. Dandpani Bhattarai, Head of the Legal department of the bank and Mr. Rahul Kumar, Head of the Central Operations department, made a presentation at the event, which was attended by the President of the Micro-Finance association, industrialists and representatives of various associations. Today's era is a digital era and although there are many opportunities in this digital era, there are many frauds through digital means, a presentation was made about the challenges of online fraud and digital banking. The Digital Financial Literacy Program was hosted by Mr. Khim Lal Bhusal, Head of Butwal Region of the bank. Mr. Deepak Prasad Adhikari, President of the Trade Association expressed his gratitude to the bank as such digital financial literacy program is very useful and expressed hope for cooperation in the future.
