    Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has organized and completed financial literacy program on 19th March, 2024 on the occasion of Global Money Week 2024. Global Money Week is a global awareness-raising campaign on the importance of ensuring that young people, from an early age, are financially aware, and are gradually acquiring the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviors necessary to make sound financial decisions and ultimately achieve financial well-being and financial resilience.

    Under the Global Money Week 2024, Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has completed a financial literacy program targeting government employees of Golbazar Municipality, Siraha. Mr. Prakash Ghimire, Branch Manager of Lahan, presented the program in the presence of Mr. Dimash Amatya, Head of Madhesh Province of the bank.

    This program was organized to inform public representatives and employees about banking facilities, savings, loans and various types of digital transactions. The event was attended by more than 60 dignitaries from Golbazar Municipality. Speaking at the program, Deputy Mayor Shah of Municipality emphasized that by conducting such financial literacy programs, banks can get more information about savings, loans and banking transactions, so they should continue such programs.
