Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has distribution of uniforms to the underprivileged students studying in Shree Narayani Aadharbhut Vidyalaya through its branch office, Danda as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility.
Mr. Tikaram Adhikari, the Branch Manager of the Danda branch, handed over the uniform to Mr. Purna Bahadur Thakuri, Chairman of the School Management Committee. During the handover ceremony, Chairman Thakuri expressed his belief that the bank's initiative to distribute clothes to the poor and needy in the coastal area of Kawasoti 17, Old Amaltari area, Narayani, as part of its social responsibility, will significantly support the students. Speaking at the event, the branch manager of the bank conveyed his happiness in collaborating with Kawasoti Municipality to contribute towards building a better society. The program was attended by bank employees, the Chairman of the School Management Committee, teachers from Sri Narayani Aadharbhut Vighalaya, representatives from Ward No. 17 of Kawasoti Municipality, students, and parents.
Additionally, the bank plans to continue organizing similar literacy programs in the future through coordination and collaboration with stakeholders.
