Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, has provided educational materials to Shree Laxmi Basic School located in Annapurna–3, Paundur, Kaski.
The educational and stationery materials were formally handed over to the school’s Principal, Mr. Tara Nath Paudel, by the Bank’s Pokhara Regional Head, Mr. Shiva Kumar Dhakal.
Speaking at the program, Principal Paudel expressed his confidence that the support extended by the Bank would have a positive impact on improving educational access for students from socially and economically disadvantaged, poor, and underprivileged backgrounds studying at Shree Laxmi Basic School. He further stated that the assistance would serve as an additional source of motivation for students in their academic pursuits.
The program was attended by officials and employees of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank, along with the school’s principal, teachers, students, and parents, reflecting strong community participation.
The Bank has also stated that it will continue to implement similar programs in the coming days through coordination and collaboration with relevant stakeholders, as part of its ongoing commitment to social responsibility and community development.
