Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited
(KSBBL), under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, has
provided a computer to the Area Police Office, Pathari, to support the
resumption of its operations.
During the recent Gen-Z
anti-corruption movement, the Area Police Office, Pathari, lost all its
equipment and materials to fire, leaving the office unable to function. To
address this urgent need, KSBBL’s Koshi Province Head, Mr. Khimlal Bhusal,
handed over the much-needed computer to DSP Mr. Tulsi Prasad Aryal, Chief of
the Office.
DSP Aryal expressed heartfelt
gratitude, stating that the support from the Bank had been crucial at a time
when the office faced severe operational challenges. Likewise, Province Head
Mr. Bhusal highlighted the Bank’s continued dedication to community-focused
initiatives and expressed happiness in being able to extend support to the
Pathari Police Office.
KSBBL has announced its
commitment to repair and restore the Land Revenue Office, Morang, which was
also destroyed during the movement. The Bank is currently assisting in damage
assessment and has already signed an agreement with the office for
reconstruction once the assessment is complete.
KSBBL has further expressed its
readiness to collaborate in the reconstruction and maintenance of other ward
offices, land revenue offices, and police offices across affected areas.
