    Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, has distributed uniforms and educational materials to students studying at Shree Ramkosh Phoolbari Secondary School through its Birauta Branch Office. The support was provided to students from underprivileged backgrounds living below the poverty line.

    The uniforms and educational materials were formally handed over by the Bank’s Pokhara Regional Head, Mr. Shib Kumar Dhakal, to Mr. Ishwori Prasad Pokharel, Chairperson of the School Management Committee. Speaking at the handover program, Chairperson Pokharel expressed his confidence that the distribution of uniforms and educational materials to economically disadvantaged students of Ramkosh, Putalibazar Municipality–4, Syangja, would provide significant support in their educational journey.

    Addressing the program, Pokhara Regional Head Mr. Dhakal stated that the Bank was pleased to collaborate in supporting the development of an advanced and inclusive society through such educational assistance. He emphasized that providing uniforms and educational materials to students contributes meaningfully to strengthening access to education.

    The program was attended by employees of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited, the Chairperson of the School Management Committee, the Principal of Shree Ramkosh Phoolbari Secondary School, teachers, and students.

    The Bank has also stated that it will continue such literacy- and education-focused CSR programs in the future through coordination and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
