Door-Step
Banking Service allows you to access essential banking services at your
preferred location without visiting the branch. A bank representative will
visit you to provide services like cash deposit, withdrawal, cheque collection,
delivery of ATM cards, account statements, and more.
This
service is available to KSBBL customers, with a focus on high net worth
individuals, senior citizens, differently-abled persons, small businesses,
those with limited access to banks, and customers who are unwell.
Except
joints account,minor account,NRN account and foreign employement account all
account holders are eligible for DSB banking.

You can
request Door-Step Banking via the KSBBL mobile banking app under the “Door Step
Banking” option in the Agency Banking section.
Yes.
Cash Withdrawal: Up to
NPR 300,000 per transaction and per day, and NPR 2,000,000 per month.
Cash Deposit: Same limits as withdrawal apply.
These limits may change as per bank policies or Nepal Rastra Bank guidelines.
For withdrawals, cash is
securely packed in labeled envelopes with your details. For deposits, the rider
collects and verifies cash, seals it in labeled envelopes, and obtains your
signature as proof.
The rider scans a QR code
linked to your request and sends an OTP to your registered mobile number. You
must provide the OTP to verify your identity before the transaction is
completed.
Cheque books can be
delivered through Door-Step Banking. However, if you already have five or more
unused cheque leaves, you may not be eligible for a new cheque book request to
avoid unnecessary issuance.
Yes. You
can request account opening assistance for your family members, and bank staff
may visit your location to complete the process.
After the
service is executed, the rider will provide you a receipt and obtain your
signature as confirmation. You will receive a copy of the signed acknowledgment.
The
Door-Step Banking service also delivers documents such as bank statements, FD
receipts, balance certificates, and ATM cards. You can also request in-person
KYC verification and collection of fund transfer forms.
Currently,
there are no for using Door- Step Banking service. You will be informed of any applicable fees when placing your
request.
Cash is
handled securely by designated riders who follow strict procedures, including
labeling envelopes and customer verification via OTP to ensure safety and
accountability.
All
service requests are logged and tracked in real time through the bank’s mobile
banking app for transparency.
