Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has successfully carried out various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs under its Butwal region, reaffirming its commitment to community development and social welfare.
The Bank implemented community-focused social initiatives through its Bhairahawa and Manigram branch offices. Under these initiatives, the Bhairahawa branch provided three beds to the Lumbini Disabled, Visually Impaired and Orphaned Shelter, while the Manigram branch distributed warm clothes to Shanti Namuna Secondary School, targeting students in need during the winter season. The support materials were formally handed over by Butwal Regional Head, Mr. Hemant Babu Acharya.
Speaking on the occasion, Regional Head Mr. Acharya expressed his pleasure that the Bank could contribute, as part of its social responsibility, by providing beds to visually impaired individuals residing in an orphanage and distributing warm clothing to economically disadvantaged and visually impaired students studying at the school.
The beneficiary institutions expressed their happiness and gratitude towards Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank for this humanitarian initiative. The program was attended by representatives of the respective institutions, bank staff, and other stakeholders.
The Bank has stated that it will continue to conduct similar social responsibility programs in the coming days
