Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited, under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, has distributed food supplies and educational materials to Breathe of Life Children’s Home (Bal Ashram) through its Branch Office, Biratchowk.
The food and educational materials were formally handed over by the Bank’s Koshi Province Head, Mr. Khimalal Bhusal, to the Children’s Home Director, Ms. Nirmala Rai. Speaking during the handover program, Ms. Rai expressed her confidence that such support would help fulfill the basic needs of children from poor and underprivileged backgrounds, ensuring their education and a brighter future. She also conveyed her gratitude to the bank, stating that the assistance would have a positive impact on the daily lives and educational activities of the children residing at the home.
Addressing the program, Koshi Province Head Mr. Bhusal shared his happiness in being able to contribute to social development, emphasizing that the distribution of food and educational materials reflects the bank’s commitment to building a prosperous society through collective efforts.
The program was attended by Biratchowk Sub-Metropolitan Deputy Mayor Ms. Nitu Thapa Koirala, Ward Chairperson Mr. Yogendra Subedi, bank employees, representatives of the children’s home, and other concerned stakeholders.
Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has stated that it will continue to implement similar social responsibility programs in coordination and collaboration with stakeholders in the coming days.
