The popular internet based cross-platform instant messaging available for free from Google store and App store. The data taken of our existing customer regarding various service request is OTP verified. System sends one OTP code to identify the customer after submission of request from customer side and once the OTP is verified the system captured the request information in Social Banking Module.
In Viber, Customer can join to this platform by scanning the QR Code provided by bank and In Facebook Messenger can join by searching Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Ltd in Search pane of Facebook Messenger.
