  • Minimum Age of 18 years above and Nepalese Citizenship Holder.

  • Maximum loan limit of NPR 2.5 million.
  • Maximum Tenure: up to 30 years.
  • Nature of loan: Term/OD.
  •      Repayment shall be made on EMI basis for Term loans.
  •      In case of overdraft facility: Monthly/Quarterly interest
  •      30% of Fair market value (FMV) for collateral inside Kathmandu Valley and 40% of FMV for collateral outside Kathmandu valley

  • Copy of Citizenship certificate of borrower/guarantor(s)
  • Photograph of the Borrower/s and Guarantor/s
  • Copy of Land Ownership Registration Certificate (Lalpurja), four boundary certificate, blue print and trace map
  • In case of collateral security as land and building, documents of building like construction permission, approved drawing and construction completion certificate. In case of FMV of land is sufficient to cover loan as per required LTV ratio building related document are not mandatory.
  • Properly filled loan application form as prescribed by Bank
  • Land Revenue paid receipt shall be obtained prior to disbursement.
